Daniel has built on the foundations of his 15 years of experience in Leadership positions and Process Optimization expertise and is now helping organizations to unleash their known and unknown potential.

He will be guiding us to design certification exams, drafting study material with latest trends and syllabus which cover all the topics to be learned in Agile, Lean Six Sigma.

Utilizing tested and proven Transformation and Change processes and both traditional and agile Project Management techniques, he can assist with managing Optimization and Business Projects including Quality Management, Business Development, and Strategy and Operational Excellence programs.

Daniel Marcu is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Professional Project Manager, and Agile expert, all internationally certified with over 15 years of consulting and management experience in different industries.

Daniel also has vast management expertise, leading different sized teams as a manager, up to the level of Head of in the largest energy company in Eastern Europe. GSDC is happy to have Daniel as a part of their SME family.
